These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by GOLDWIN PARTNERS, a limited liability company (société d’exercice libéral à responsabilité limitée) with a capital of 1,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 7 rue Claude Chahu, 75116 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 903 074 243, hereinafter referred to as “the Avocat”, and by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Avocat’s website, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.
The purpose of the present general conditions of sale is to set out the contractual provisions between the Lawyer and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Lawyer’s commercial site, by a natural or legal person.
The acquisition of a service through the present site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of the present conditions of sale.
The prices shown under the “Fees” tabs are exclusive of VAT in euros, to which must be added the VAT rate of 20% applicable on the day the order is placed; any change in the rate will be indicated on the site as soon as it comes into effect. L’Avocat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.
The customer places an order on the www.g-partners-avocat-droit-etranger.com website. To purchase one or more services, the customer must complete the following order process:
The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
The Avocat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or a conflict of interest or any other cause contrary to the ethics applicable to the legal profession.
Any order implies acceptance of the amount of the fees and commencement of performance of the service, given its particularly personalized nature.
The Lawyer undertakes to honor consultation requests received on the website in accordance with his professional ethics and in the interests of his client.
The Lawyer is bound by an obligation of means.
Payment for the services offered on the website may only be made by credit card.
The service will be delivered in full as soon as payment has been received.
The Lawyer undertakes to contact the client in order to receive the information required for the personalized consultation within a reasonable timeframe of between 48 hours and 8 days.
If this contact has not taken place within 8 days of the payment date, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the Customer may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: 7 rue Claude Chahu, 75116 Paris.
The sums paid by the customer will then be reimbursed in full, without any opening fees.
Customers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to contest and request reimbursement without penalty in accordance with the Hamon law no. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014.
However, this law does not apply in the following cases:

GOLDWIN PARTNERS offers packages and subscriptions whose prices are those shown on the website.
Thus, the amount of fees is that which is customary and in accordance with the profession in the same matter.
Article 6.6.4.1 Lawyers who set up a legal services website:
“Lawyers who set up, operate or play a majority role, alone or with colleagues, in the creation and operation of a legal services website may freely collect any remuneration from the website’s customers; they may, where appropriate, collect such remuneration through one of the financial institutions that ensures the security of online payments, provided that the customer can also be identified in this way”.
